How it works

Working together

No unnecessary process, no ambiguity. Here is exactly what it looks like to work with Lumin Collective from first conversation to final delivery.

How engagements begin

There is no single right way to start a conversation. Get in touch however feels natural to you and we will take it from there.

Phone call

Sometimes a quick call is the fastest way to work out if there is a fit.

Teams call

A virtual meeting works well for initial conversations, especially across locations.

Email

Prefer to put your thoughts in writing first? Send an email and I will come back to you.

Send a brief

If you have a brief ready, send it over and I will review and respond with my thoughts.

From first contact to delivery

Once we have spoken, I will come back to you with a clear view of how I think I can help. From there, a typical engagement moves through these stages.

01
Scoping

We agree on the problem, the scope, and what good looks like at the end. This is where ambiguity gets resolved — not later. I take the time to understand your context and the people around the table before rushing to solutions.

02
Proposal

A concise document covering approach, timeline, and commercial terms. Straightforward to review and easy to say yes or no to. No lengthy proposals for the sake of it — just enough to confirm we are aligned before we start.

03
Kickoff

We align on working rhythms, access, key contacts, and any early priorities. Most engagements are moving within the first week. You will deal with me directly throughout — not an account manager, not a rotating team.

04
Delivery

Work happens in the open. You will know what I am focused on, what I am finding, and where things stand — without having to ask. You will get honest advice, thoughtful structure, and calm support that keeps things moving.

05
Close-out

Every engagement ends with a clear handover. Findings documented, decisions recorded, next steps owned by the right people. What happens in an engagement stays in it — discretion is standard, not optional.
